Company Overview
Founded in 2011, Urgent Care Hawaii has grown to be the largest urgent care provider in the state of Hawaii. With a focus on providing consumers with an amazing healthcare experience, our footprint continues to expand across Oahu. We have four locations, with a fifth opening in October 2017. Our proven success is embedded in our unique values and heart of service. Urgent Care Hawaii has taken a grassroots approach to community engagement, meeting consumers where they thrive so they know where to go when they need urgent care.
Company History
Founded by Donna Schmidt, an entrepreneur with a passion to bring innovation to the healthcare delivery system, our flagship center in Pearl City, came out of the gate seeing over 50 patients a day in the first year. In 2016, Urgent Care Hawaii acquired three additional centers and successfully launched their openings. Our fifth center is planned to open in October 2017. The success of the organization is rooted in the meticulous process of recruiting, selecting and maintaining a clinical and administrative team with super star status. Our team not only provides an amazing healthcare experience to consumers; they also a tight ship to maintain a successful business model. We are growing our organization with a focus on meeting the healthcare needs of the communities we serve and have created a successful business model that does just that!
